Master Machinist

We are seeking a skilled Master Machinist - CNC Operator to join our team at ARCH Cutting Tools. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our computer numerical control (CNC) machines, ensuring the highest level of quality and efficiency in our cutting tool manufacturing process.

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality cutting tools
• Program and set up machines to optimize production efficiency and quality
• Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure optimal machine performance
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve daily production goals and targets

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Equivalent to high school education or related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation, including blueprints and engineering plans
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 50 pounds

The estimated salary for this position is $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
