Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled RN Supervisor to join our team at Benedictine. As a RN Supervisor, you will play a key role in developing, training, and managing a successful and fulfilled nursing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development, implementation, and evaluation of the department's quality assurance program.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient care and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the nursing team to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to nursing staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN), in good standing.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and general office equipment.
- Management experience in nursing preferred.
- Experience in a long term care setting preferred.
