Community Maintenance Associate

As a Community Maintenance Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the comfort and safety of our residents. Your expertise in maintenance and repair will ensure that our community remains well-maintained and welcoming.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct daily inspections of furniture and equipment, performing repairs as needed
* Assist with minor repairs, including replacement of faucet washers and spindles, faulty window latches, and broken tank toilet handles
* Collaborate with vendors to schedule detail cleanings and perform tasks such as steam cleaning or shampooing carpets
* Gather and empty trash, remove debris from outdoor porches, parking lot, and dumpster area
Requirements:
* High School Diploma/GED required
* One year job-related experience preferred
Working Conditions:
This role requires ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours. Must be available for customers at peak service delivery days and times.
Compensation:
The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 annually, depending on experience.
