At Mercy, we believe in careers that match the unique skills and talents of our team members. As an X-Ray Imaging Specialist, you will play a crucial role in assisting radiologists and physicians in performing interventional and special procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the performance of interventional and special procedures such as myelography, hysterosalpingography, and arthrography.
  • Provide patient care essential to exams and perform surgery procedures required by the team/shift.
  • Take OR call when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Successful completion of an accredited Radiography program.
  • 5+ years relevant experience in OR, ED, Portable work; 5+ years experience working in an OP mulit-modality imaging center; or a combination of both.
  • A.R.R.T. registered or registry eligible upon hire, and A.R.R.T. achieved within six months of employment.
  • Minor nursing skills.
