About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team at the University of Vermont Medical Center. In this role, you will assist in improving the quality and safety of care through risk assessment and quality improvement techniques.
The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of clinical experience in a hospital setting and 3-5 years of experience in clinical risk management, quality improvement, or patient safety improvement. They must also have significant experience in data review, manipulation, and analysis, as well as be a skilled facilitator using quality improvement methodologies.
Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
