Census Taker Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time/seasonal Census Taker to assist with the 2024 Franklin Special Census. As a Census Taker, you will be responsible for visiting households in Franklin and collecting data from residents who have not returned their census cards. The census questions are limited to name and age.

The estimated hourly wage for this position is $10.77, with an estimated annual salary of $21,530 based on a 20-hour workweek.

You will work approximately 3 to 4 hours daily, Monday through Friday, most shifts from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Weekend hours will vary, depending on the progress of the census, most shifts will be on Saturday (No Sundays) from 9 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
