  • Collaborate with production team members to ensure smooth production and packaging processes.
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve packaging skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions and pass all food safety and safety courses in the English language.
  • Basic math skills to accurately measure and package products.
  • Effective communication skills to work with production team members and management.
  • Ability to work independently with self-management and time management skills.
Work Environment:
  • Production areas can vary in temperature and humidity levels.
  • Concrete floors can be slippery, especially when wet.
  • Intact senses of sight and hearing are necessary to perform job duties.
