The Cardiac Catheterization Specialist/RN is responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients by nursing methods and modalities in an organized and systematic manner according to established hospital/department policies.
Key Responsibilities- Provide total, comprehensive care to patients in a critical care setting
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of patient care and treatment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
- 2-year/Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
- 4-year/Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Required)
- State Registered Nurse License (Required)
- ACLS Certification (Required)
- 2-4 years of experience in critical care (Required)
- Catheterization experience (Preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
