Key Responsibilities- Triage and assess patients of all ages, providing individualized care and treatment plans
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve expected outcomes, prioritizing patient needs and safety
- Manage multiple cases simultaneously, providing general nursing care and coordinating with other departments as needed
- Provide follow-up care instructions and make necessary referrals to ensure continuity of care
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida, multistate, or able to obtain licensure prior to start
- Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification within 90 days of employment start date
- Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of employment start date
- Emergency Nurse Pediatric certification within 90 days of employment start date
- PALS certification within 90 days of employment start date
- One year of experience in high acuity Emergency Department preferred
