About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Multifamily Leasing Expert to join our team at MSB Resources. This individual will be responsible for driving occupancy rates and revenue growth in our newly constructed or renovated multifamily properties.

Job Summary: As a Multifamily Leasing Expert, you will develop and implement aggressive marketing and advertising campaigns to attract potential tenants. You will create and execute tailored leasing strategies, manage tenant inquiries, property tours, and the application process. Additionally, you will coordinate with construction teams and track performance metrics to ensure high occupancy rates and efficient operations.

The Ideal Candidate: To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong understanding of the multifamily market, and experience in lease-up management. You should be proactive, organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement effective marketing campaigns to increase visibility and drive leads, including online advertising, social media, signage, and community events.
  • Leasing Strategy: Create and execute tailored leasing strategies to meet the needs of our target demographic, including rental rate setting, promotions, and attractive lease terms.
  • Tenant Relations: Handle inquiries from prospective tenants, conduct property tours, and manage the application and screening process to secure qualified tenants.
  • Construction Coordination: Coordinate with construction teams to ensure units are ready for occupancy according to the leasing schedule.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, such as leasing velocity, occupancy rates, and marketing effectiveness, to inform strategy adjustments.
  • Move-In Process: Manage the move-in process to ensure a smooth transition for new tenants and address any initial issues or concerns.

What We Offer: As a Multifamily Leasing Expert at MSB Resources, you can expect a competitive salary of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
