The ideal candidate for this position will have a solid background in psychiatric nursing and be able to interact effectively with patients and their families. They will also be able to collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers.

Job Description

This role involves conducting psychiatric evaluations of patients for the purpose of prescribing medication as part of their overall treatment plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing high-quality care within the office and clients' homes
  • Collaborating with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Conducting thorough nursing health assessments to inform treatment plans
  • Providing prescribed medications to patients as needed
  • Offering crisis intervention and support to patients experiencing mental health challenges
  • Educating patients and families on mental health conditions and coping strategies
  • Advocating for patients and ensuring they have access to necessary resources

We offer a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $120,000 - $150,000, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes:
