Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team as a School-Based Therapist. As a key member of our educational services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the communication and language development of students in a dynamic and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments to identify communication disorders and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to succeed academically and socially.
  • Therapy Services: Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings, to address speech and language disorders.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Professional Development: Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute valuable insights to the multidisciplinary team, as well as offer professional development and support to teachers and staff on speech and language topics.
Requirements
  • Education and Certification: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 1+ years of experience working in a school setting, with strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals.
