Shift Leader

As a Shift Leader at Hardee's, you will work under the supervision of the restaurant General Manager and be responsible for ensuring a smooth shift operation. You will work closely with our Crew Trainers to develop the staff and maintain the highest standards in quality, service, and cleanliness.

• Supervise shifts and maintain quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate staff training with crew trainers.
• Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship between management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings to discuss operations procedures and promotions.
• Control payroll and inventory to meet company standards.
• Maintain reports and records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment via proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Assume responsibility for all cash for your shift, including bank deposits.
• Maintain professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
• Ensure all sanitation, safety, and security policies are observed and enforced.
• Exhibit actions and behaviors that demonstrate RMC's Mission Statement and Values.
