About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Representative to join our team at Daigle Law Group. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our clients by actively monitoring and supporting their use of the DLG Learning Center.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor customer accounts to identify areas where users are stalling and develop communication plans to address these issues.
  • Provide timely and effective support to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues they encounter.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and provide customers with the information they need to make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate the resolution of customer disputes, working closely with required staff to ensure timely and effective resolution.
  • Conduct regular check-in calls with agency accounts to review usage data and explore new features.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in client success and support or a related field.
  • Strong technical background, particularly with online software products and services.
  • HubSpot or CRM knowledge required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
