  • Provide physical therapy services to pediatric patients in a home care setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in physical therapy
  • One year plus general PT experience or a year of experience at the PT I level at The University of Vermont Health Network
  • Current Vermont Licensed PT

Working Conditions:

  • Traveling is required
  • Work in community-based settings, and clients' homes and outdoors
  • May work during non-business hours
