**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacist to join our team at High Touch Pharmacy LLC. As a Pharmacist in Charge, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our pharmacy, providing exceptional patient care, and maintaining compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Accurately dispense prescription medications to patients
* Provide thorough guidance on medication usage, potential side effects, and interactions
* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
* Maintain precise records and responsibly manage controlled substances
* Train and mentor pharmacy staff to uphold best practices
* Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance patient care
* Monitor and manage inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess
* Efficiently handle insurance claims and reimbursements
* Professionally address and resolve patient inquiries and concerns

**Requirements:**

* Valid pharmacist license as per state regulations
* Doctor of Pharmacy (Ph.D.) degree from an accredited institution
* Preferred: 3-5 years of experience in a pharmacy setting

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Certification in Medication Therapy Management (MTM)
* Experience in inventory management and implementing cost-saving measures
* Proven success in managing a pharmacy team effectively
