Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Administer medications, perform procedures, and use medical equipment as needed.
- Monitor patient vital signs, report changes to the healthcare team, and implement interventions as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, BSN preferred.
- Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
- One year of medical/psychiatric experience preferred.
- Basic computer skills to use electronic medical records and other online systems.
