Key Responsibilities- Coordinate patient care to meet identified needs, utilizing critical thinking and nursing process.
- Supervise the management of patient care, including discharge planning, resource identification, and scheduling patients with required services.
- Monitor care delivery, advocate for patients, and evaluate outcomes.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet individual patient needs and ensure continuity of care.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) considered if enrolled in a BSN program with degree completion within 2 years.
- Minimum 2 years of current experience in acute care area of expertise/equivalent service area.
- Basic computer skills/experience with computerized documentation systems required.
- Current unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by California Board of Registered Nursing (BRN).
- Current Basic Life Support Provider (BLS) issued by American Heart Association.
- Current Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) certification.
- Current Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) Certification.
This position requires flexibility of hours and may involve working in a fast-paced environment.
