Resident Assessment Professional

We are looking for a skilled Resident Assessment Professional to join our interdisciplinary team. As an MDS Coordinator, you will be responsible for completing the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and participating in daily meetings to review federal billing requirements.
You will work closely with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to gather information and complete the MDS. You will also provide ongoing education to team members on the RAI process and review and update the Plan of Care quarterly and after each Comprehensive Assessment.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse with current state licensure.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with preference for long-term care.
- Minimum 1 year of MDS experience.
