We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Cookie Connoisseur at Insomnia Cookies in Georgetown. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every guest who enters our store.

Job Responsibilities:
Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:

• Promptly greeting guests entering the store and taking their orders according to procedure
• Helping customers understand menu items, answering clarifying questions, and repeating orders for accuracy
• Giving each customer a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Baking our delicious cookies to perfection and a scoop of ice cream
• Ensuring fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handling cash and payments accurately and having no shortages or overages
• Cleaning, sanitizing, and maintaining the bakery

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 6 months of experience in a customer service-focused role, possess a personable and genuine demeanor, and be customer service-focused with a willingness to exceed guest expectations. You must also be able to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product, be 18 years or older, and be legally eligible to work in the United States.
