Housekeeping Publics Specialist

At FIRST LIGHT RESORTS LLC, we're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Housekeeping Publics Specialist to join our team at the lodge. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional housekeeping services to our public buildings, guests' common areas, pool areas, staff housing, and staff common areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team of Public Area Housekeepers to ensure high standards of cleanliness and organization
  • Provide housekeeping services for public buildings, guests' common areas, pool areas, staff housing, and staff common areas
  • Train new staff members and set a good example for the team
  • Work efficiently and with attention to detail in various weather conditions
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and guests to ensure excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 18 years or older
  • Previous housekeeping experience or experience in a hotel setting
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Self-motivated and determined with a strong work ethic
