Northside Hospital Inc. is seeking a skilled Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to our patients and families.
Key Responsibilities- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide nursing assistance and support to patients, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration.
- Transport patients safely and efficiently within the hospital.
- Prepare and maintain equipment and supplies, including cleaning and disinfecting patient care areas.
- Document patient information and data on flow sheets.
- Act as a courier, delivering and retrieving items and materials as required.
- Current BLS (CPR) certification.
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends.
As a Patient Care Technician at Northside Hospital Inc., you will work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals. You will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
