Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused General Merchandise Team Associate to join our team at Walmart Supercenter #1443. As a General Merchandise Team Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, and assisting customers with their shopping needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and offering assistance with merchandise.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and removing trash and debris.
  • Assist customers with their shopping needs by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store environment.

Requirements

To be successful as a General Merchandise Team Associate, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
