MCKESSON is a leading healthcare company that touches virtually every aspect of the industry. As an Account Executive in our Oncology Division, you will play a critical role in developing and maintaining strong business relationships with key stakeholders in community oncology practices and health system-owned clinics.

Your primary responsibility will be to manage a territory to achieve performance goals while collaborating with various internal teams to deliver value to our clients. With over four years of sales experience, you will leverage your knowledge of oncology and proven relationship-building skills to enhance our market presence and support effective healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a business development or account management role. They will also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to read P/L statements.

In addition to your technical skills, you will be a team player with strong interpersonal and resource management skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.

We are seeking an individual who is influential, a good listener, and able to customize messages appropriately for differing audiences. Proficiency in Salesforce.com, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and internal McKesson analytics systems is required.

This position involves extensive travel, with 60% of time spent on overnight trips to customers within the Central Region. You must be authorized to work in the US unrestricted and have a valid driver's license with a clean, active, unrestricted driving record/MVR.
