At Walmart, we're looking for a skilled Janitorial Associate to join our team. As a Janitorial Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and employees. This includes cleaning the store from the parking lot to the restrooms and receiving area, as well as ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and free of clutter.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and maintain the store, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area
  • Ensure that all areas are well-maintained and free of clutter
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the facilities team
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a janitorial or facilities maintenance role preferred
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
