The Custodian performs a variety of facility-related cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Clean and maintain administrative offices, meeting rooms, lounges, restrooms, break room areas, and supply rooms.

Stock and replenish restrooms, meeting rooms, and breakrooms with necessary supplies.

Collect and dispose of recyclables and trash.

Sweep and mop floors, vacuum and shampoo carpets, and wash walls, windows, and restroom fixtures.

Clean hydraulic hoist pits and perform ground cleaning tasks.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.

Minimum of six months of full-time work experience in a janitorial or industrial cleaning position or a position responsible for cleaning and servicing buildings.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, bend, crouch, stand, walk, carry, and lift heavy objects.

Ability to multitask and be proactive.
