Behavior Therapist

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavior Therapist to join our team at the Center for Learning and Autism Support Services (CLASS). As a Behavior Therapist, you will play a critical role in providing direct support to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) in various settings, including their homes and community-based environments.
Key Responsibilities- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles to provide 1:1 behavior therapy to children with ASD.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the Clinical Director or Clinical Manager.
- Collect and record data accurately and efficiently to track progress and inform treatment decisions.
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in ABA and autism support.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., psychology, education, special education).
- Valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient and compassionate approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality care.
