Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Dental Assistant to join our team at Network of Missouri Dental Providers. As a Dental Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our clinicians in providing exceptional patient care and delivering the Perfect Patient Experience (PPE).

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clinicians in providing treatment to patients, including preparing patients for oral examination and assisting with dental procedures.
  • Perform a variety of patient care, office, and laboratory duties, including sterilizing and disinfecting instruments and equipment, and maintaining a clean and sterile environment.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and vendors to ensure seamless patient care and efficient office operations.
  • Participate in daily morning huddles, monthly team meetings, and other meetings as required to stay informed and aligned with company goals and objectives.
  • Model company culture, values, and best operational practices, and demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand.
Requirements
  • Equivalent to high school diploma or general education degree (GED), and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration.
  • Certificates/Licenses/Registrations: As mandated by applicable state.
  • Specialty Dental Assistants must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and automobile insurance, or have reliable means of alternate transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
  • One-year certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Ability to respond to common inquiries, interpret and apply policies and procedures, and communicate effectively with patients and co-workers.
