Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LoveShackFancy. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, styling clients in our products, and maintaining a visually appealing store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selling & Client Service:
    • Greet and acknowledge all customers, providing courteous and knowledgeable customer service.
    • Work with clients to style them in LoveShackFancy products, suggesting styles that best suit their needs and size.
    • Service transactions by pulling needed sizes from the stockroom, cleaning up the fitting room, and ordering items for clients online when unavailable in the store.
    • Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms and ensure all merchandise is placed back onto the floor after completing a transaction.
    • Send follow-up communication to clients thanking them for their purchase and reaching out when new products arrive.
  • Visual Merchandising:
    • Monitor and maintain visual merchandising standards on a daily basis, folding, straightening, and filling in merchandise throughout the day.
    • Ensure representation of all merchandise, styles, and sizes are on the floor.
    • Assist with stock duties when needed, including shipments, markdowns, and transfers.
  • Operations:
    • Follow all procedures in the POS system for ringing up sales, including 100% client capture.
    • Keep the cash wrap area neat, organized, and maintained with all daily supplies.
    • Answer the phone and service clients' needs.
    • Help with events both in-store and off-site, including setup, breakdown, and overall organization.
