Key Responsibilities
  • Guide each customer through our Ultimate Fit Experience, providing a personalized and exceptional shopping experience.
  • Provide expert advice on our premium products, including accessories and technical features.
  • Generate Industrial Sales Leads and achieve daily productivity and sales goals.
  • Maintain the integrity of the sales floor presentation, store signage, and housekeeping standards.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, technical, and operating standards through continuous learning.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and legal regulations.
  • Provide direct support in the daily operations of the retail store.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience.
  • 1-2 years relevant experience in sales or customer service.
  • Results-oriented with effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer utilization and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Work Environment

This role is based in a retail store environment, requiring the ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and perform other physical demands as outlined in the job description.
