We are seeking a highly qualified Chemistry Professor to join our faculty at Tacoma Community College. As a Chemistry Professor, you will be responsible for teaching introductory chemistry courses, including organic and inorganic chemistry, to students with varying levels of prior knowledge.

• Develop and deliver engaging and effective lectures, labs, and discussions to promote student learning and understanding of chemistry concepts.
• Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their knowledge and skills.
• Stay current with developments in chemistry and incorporate relevant research and best practices into your teaching.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum and assessment strategies that align with the college's mission and goals.

• Masters degree in Chemistry or a closely related field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience teaching chemistry at the community college level or equivalent experience in industry or research.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, colleagues, and administrators.
