Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding to their maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Daily Operations: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including apartment turnovers, troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, and basic repairs and installations.
  • Technical Skills: Possess basic computer proficiency and understanding of building materials and tools.
  • Physical Demands: Requires standing, climbing, balancing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, hearing, and visual acuity.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
  • Availability: Must be available for on-call services.
  • Industry Experience: Minimum of two years experience and/or training in apartment maintenance.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to speak, communicate, read, write and understand the primary languages used in the workplace.
  • Physical Abilities: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
Benefits
  • Competitive Pay: $28.00 to $31.25 per hour.
  • Renewal Incentives: Split between on-site team.
  • Discretionary Semi-Annual Bonus Plan: Eligible for bonus payments.
  • Standby Pay & On-Call Premium Pay: Receive additional compensation for on-call services.
