Banking Solutions Consultant

The estimated annual salary for this position is around $65,000 - $85,000, depending on experience and qualifications. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K, continuing education opportunities, and an employee assistance program.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve client retention, including cross-selling products and services, proactive personalized outreach, and effective resolution of servicing issues. You will also be expected to maintain a high level of knowledge of all banking channels and educate clients on emerging technology and digital solutions.

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients. If you have a minimum of two years relationship-based client consultation and/or consultative sales experience, and are currently registered with the National Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (NMLS), we encourage you to apply.
