Job Description
As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical unit, you will provide direct nursing care to pre- and post-surgical patients, including total joint replacements, bariatric, orthopedic, general, and more.
You will administer prescribed medications, change dressings, clean wounds, and monitor vital signs. Our nursing team uses computerized documentation systems to monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions as appropriate.
Recognizing and responding to changes in a patient's condition, including post-op bleeding, pain issues, post-anesthesia complications, is a key function in this role.
