Key Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and train customers on Esko software, ensuring seamless onboarding and efficient use.
  • Develop tailored configurations and workflows to meet customer needs, requiring a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills.
  • Act as a customer advocate, owning projects and providing expert guidance to ensure successful implementation of Esko solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites, working remotely or on-site, to deliver training and support, with occasional travel outside of the region for training and professional development.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in structural design for packaging and/or Esko software (ArtiosCAD, WebCenter).
  • Formal qualification in structural design or a related field.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills, with the ability to present and teach complex technical information.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, with a calm and methodical approach to resolving customer issues.
