Key Responsibilities- Evaluate Patients: Conduct thorough assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

- Administer Therapies: Deliver evidence-based therapies, including exercises, modalities, and manual therapies, to help patients achieve their goals.
- Communicate with Patients and Families: Provide clear and concise information to patients and their families about their treatment plans and progress.
- Collaborate with Healthcare Team: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordination of services.
- Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE Approved Physical Therapy Program: Earned a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program.
- State Licensure: Possess a current and valid physical therapy license in the state of practice.
- Basic Life Support Certification: Hold current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
- Elevated Earnings Program: Earn bonuses for treating a certain number of patients per day.
- Local and National Organization Dues and License Renewal Reimbursement: Receive reimbursement for dues and license renewal fees.
