About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Representative to join our team at R Squared Solutions. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our grocery-related customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including decision makers and store managers
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and territory performance
  • Participate in promotional activities, including in-store displays and plan-o-gram adjustments
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in a retail or grocery environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for daily travel within assigned territory
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time efficiently

  • Monday-Friday schedule with 6-8am start and 8-hour shifts for full-time employees
