About the Role:

This full-time Registered Dietitian position is responsible for evaluating patient nutrition needs, developing personalized care plans, and providing education to promote optimal nutrition and health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate patient nutrition status and develop targeted interventions to address deficits and optimize nutritional well-being.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and effective discharge planning.
  • Design and deliver educational programs to enhance patient knowledge and adherence to nutrition recommendations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and professional standards.
  • Pursue ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and research in nutrition and dietetics.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics or related field.
  • Registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and eligibility for licensure in the state of New Jersey.
  • At least one year of hospital clinical experience, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $ $83,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
