We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Activities Director to lead our team in creating a stimulating and engaging environment for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a holistic activity program that addresses the physical, intellectual, social, and spiritual needs of residents.
  • Assess resident needs and create activity plans to meet their changing requirements.
  • Design and post creative monthly bulletin boards and activities calendars.
  • Lead large group activities, including discussion groups, sing-a-longs, and exercise classes.
  • Manage the facilities volunteer program and supervise staff in their daily tasks.
  • Adhere to approved budgets and ensure effective communication with residents, staff, and volunteers.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of supervisory experience in a similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • First Aid Certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to operate a VCR, DVD, and stereo system.
Work Schedule:

8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday.
