Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and organized Housekeeper to join our team at Harbor Retirement Associates. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of our common areas, including the lobby, guest restrooms, and hallways.

Responsibilities:

  • Clean and sanitize all common areas, including floors, surfaces, and fixtures
  • Vacuum and dust all carpeted and upholstered areas
  • Clean and sanitize glass surfaces, doors, and doorways
  • Sanitize handrails and other high-touch areas
  • Perform other cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
