Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior DevSecOps Engineer to join our team as a Technical RPA Lead. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to lead a dynamic team of innovators in support of the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Platform Project.

This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical teams in assessing new requests, determining necessary tasks, and organizing teams to successfully accomplish work.
  • Coordinate with government leads and provide updates on project status.
  • Innovate on new technology and approaches to address RPA work.
  • Provide technical support for RPA platform management and developers.
  • Conduct full security package reviews on all patches, minor and major releases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • 15+ years of experience in robotic process automation and technical leadership roles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
