About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Therapist to join our team as an outpatient mental health therapist. As a contractor with Khesed Wellness, you will provide high-quality mental health services to our clients while upholding our values of kindness, accessibility, and inclusivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Care: Provide evidence-based therapy to clients, maintaining a clinical caseload of up to 10 session hours per week.
  • Virtual Services: Offer virtual services statewide and in-person services at Khesed locations, utilizing telehealth technology and electronic case management systems.
  • Supervision and Training: Meet with a licensed supervisor for monthly individual consultation and attend monthly group consultation and training, all provided free of charge.
  • Communication: Maintain all forms of communication within two business days with Khesed and assigned clients.
  • Operations: Work with the operations team to determine a schedule that allows for a healthy work-life balance while meeting minimum hours.
Requirements
  • Licensure: Possess a valid, active license issued by the State of Colorado, Michigan, Texas, Illinois, or California.
  • Education: Completion of a Master's Degree in mental health.
  • Technology: Manage technology to provide remote and local high-quality, confidential virtual mental health services.
Compensation
  • Fee for Service: 1099 contract at a rate of $66 per session hour.
