LHC Group is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Marion, Illinois.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patient care needs related to functional status, activities of daily living, fine motor coordination, and home assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address patient needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Provide education and training to patients and their families on adaptive equipment and techniques to promote independence and safety.
Requirements
  • Current Occupational Therapy licensure in the state of Illinois.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation.
