Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as employee discounts, medical benefits, 401K with company match, and tuition reimbursement.

What You'll Do

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a grocery department, with previous management experience desired. You will be responsible for placing all grocery orders, following backroom inventory procedures, achieving department sales and financial objectives, and ensuring timely completion of price changes and tag maintenance.

You will also be accountable for product rotation to minimize out-of-date products, completing and administering reviews for center store associates, interviewing, hiring, training, and developing center store associates.

The Center Store Director will also plan for and assist with resets of department and physical inventories, manage stocking efficiencies, shelf maintenance/cleaning, backroom conditions, and floor maintenance standards.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or Bachelor degree preferred
  • 3 years experience working in a grocery department, previous management experience desired
  • Certification for Hi Lo / Powered Pallet Jack (required)
  • Proficient merchandising skills, including display planning and execution
  • Able to forecast product demand and place orders to meet demand
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
