The role of the Certified Surgical Specialist is vital in providing essential assistance during surgical operations, working under the guidance of the Clinical Nurse Manager and the Charge Nurse. This position is integral to maintaining the safety and effectiveness of surgical interventions by utilizing specialized knowledge in sterile and aseptic practices in accordance with established protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

Educational Background:

• Completion of an Associate's degree in Surgical Technology
• Valid Surgical Technologist Certification

Professional Experience:

• Prior experience in a clinical environment as a Surgical Technologist is preferred
