Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified Physical Therapist to provide rehabilitation services to patients in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients, developing treatment plans, and providing skilled physical therapy services to meet the goals of our patients.
Responsibilities:- Assess patients to determine their medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and restrictions.
- Develop and administer treatment plans to meet the goals of our patients.
- Provide skilled physical therapy services, including interventions and exercises, to help patients achieve their goals.
- Document and record patient progress, including treatment plans and outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.
- Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and NPTE certification.
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of obtaining licensure.
- Graduation from an accredited school.
