Responsibilities
  • Deliver anesthesia care to patients undergoing various surgical procedures, including general surgery, orthopedics, and endoscopy.
  • Work closely with surgeons and anesthesiologists to ensure seamless patient care.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia care plans.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.
Requirements
  • Current State of Maine Professional Registered Nurse and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse license.
  • Current PALS, BLS, and ACLS certification.
  • Current certification by the National Board of Certification & Recertification of Nurse Anesthetists.
  • Membership in the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists is recommended.
