Position Overview:
Valle Verde, a distinguished HumanGood community, is seeking dedicated Full-time and Part-time Charge RNs to join our exceptional 5-Star Skilled Nursing team.

Available Shifts:
Day (7am-3pm) and Evening (3pm-11pm) shifts are open, with weekend coverage required.

Compensation:
Hourly rate ranges from $51 to $57, depending on experience. Additional shift differentials for Evening, Night, and Weekend shifts may apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for residents, staff, and visitors, fostering participation in daily activities.
- Conduct thorough nursing evaluations and assessments.
- Initiate and supervise care plans effectively.
- Coordinate assignments with care partners, ensuring accountability for resident care and satisfaction.

Qualifications:
- Must possess a current RN license (or be in the process of obtaining one within 90 days) in the applicable state.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- Previous nursing experience in senior care, skilled nursing, post-acute, or sub-acute care is preferred.
