Phlebotomist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Alpine Physician Partners. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform phlebotomy procedures, blood processing, and obtain lab results with precision and accuracy.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the phlebotomy process.
- Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to maintain high standards of laboratory services.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient specimen processing and timely results.
- Current Phlebotomy certification, preferred.
- High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree from an accredited school, preferred.
- Excellent phlebotomy skills, knowledge of phlebotomy procedures and protocols, and ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
