Phlebotomist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Alpine Physician Partners. As a Phlebotomist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform phlebotomy procedures, blood processing, and obtain lab results with precision and accuracy.
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the phlebotomy process.
  • Participate in quality assurance and improvement activities to maintain high standards of laboratory services.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure efficient specimen processing and timely results.
Requirements:
  • Current Phlebotomy certification, preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree from an accredited school, preferred.
  • Excellent phlebotomy skills, knowledge of phlebotomy procedures and protocols, and ability to work in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and management.
