Job Summary

Banner Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac Catheterization Lab team at Banner University Medical Center - Tucson. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Assess patient physical, psychological, social, spiritual, educational, developmental, cultural, and discharge planning needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care based on patient-specific needs and medical plans.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
  • Provide education and support to patients and families to promote health and well-being.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
Requirements
  • Current, valid RN license in the state of practice.
  • BLS certification.
  • Experience in a cardiac catheterization lab or similar setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
